What do 180 free credits make?

Your first film is free, and it moves: 10 seconds of Lite from your own idea, cast and style, with its characters speaking and a score — it comes from the 180 free credits and takes 175 of them, leaving 5. After that a film that moves starts at 211 credits; add any amount from $2 (₹99 in India), and a first top-up on an account that has never paid comes with 25% extra on up to $20 (₹1,000). Films made before any payment carry a small watermark, and any payment clears it.

What does a credit buy?

Credits pay for the work a film needs, and you see the cost before you create anything. As a guide, the Studio plan’s 1,425 credits make about two 30-second Lite films, or one Standard film.

Can I see it before I pay for the whole film?

Yes, two ways. Read the scenes first — who is in the film, every scene and every spoken line — change what happens or any line for free, then make the film from them. To begin with the first read of an idea is free, up to two a day, for films up to two minutes; once you have bought credits or a plan the first two reads of an idea are free at any length, up to four a day. After that each read shows its price first. Or, on any film longer than a single shot, ask for the opening scene first and only that scene is charged — the scene you keep becomes the film’s opening, so nothing is made twice.

Can I make a whole series with the same characters?
