Content Policy

Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance); explicit sexual content; graphic violence; hate or harassment; promotion of self-harm; and depictions of real, identifiable public figures — in any context, parody included.

We block generation of copyrighted characters and franchises (for example Disney, Pokémon, Marvel) by name or clear likeness. Publishing derivative content can jeopardize your own channel’s monetization — invest in original characters, which Cinefables is built to keep consistent across your videos.

Don’t upload or paste our own showcase films or pictures, or frames from them, as references to recreate them — they are ours (see Our films and pictures in the Terms of Service). The ideas shown with them are yours to use.

Films made for the Kids audience apply stricter rules: no violence beyond mild peril, no romance, and no scary imagery. This also aligns with platform requirements for made-for-kids content.

Every film follows the audience you choose. Family suits all ages: affection between adults stays gentle — a look, holding hands, a hug, a brief kiss. General is for teens and adults: romance between adults can be passionate — flirting, embraces, kisses, an intimate mood — but the film cuts away, and there is never sex or nudity. Horror, crime, war and action are allowed for both when they are not graphic.

You’ll see a clear, specific reason. An idea we refuse before anything is made costs nothing. If the content filter refuses a scene while your film is being made, that scene’s credits come back: all of them when it still plays as its picture, all but the picture already made for it when it is left out (see the Refund Policy). If you believe a block was a mistake, adjust the prompt or contact support.

Shared and listed films follow this policy too; anyone can report one, and we take down what breaks it.
