These terms govern your use of Cinefables, operated by CodezyAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cinefables to generate content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or that infringes others’ intellectual property (including copyrighted characters). See our Content Policy. We may block generations that violate these rules; blocked generations are not charged.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos you generate. You are responsible for how you use and publish them, including compliance with the terms of any platform you upload to.

Credits & payment

Generation consumes credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. See the Refund Policy for details.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We rely on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation meets your expectations.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
